About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ClaimZippy, you will be responsible for managing the
entire recruitment and onboarding process. You will work closely with department
heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the company attracts, hires,
and retains top talent. Your role will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including
recruitment, onboarding, off boarding, induction, attendance regularization, and policy
implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
 Experience with applicant tracking systems.
2+ years of proven experience as a recruiter in tech and non tech roles.
Strong understanding of non tech roles and their requirements.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and
other online platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates
simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and passion for staying current with industry trends and
sourcing best practices.
This is an onsite opportunity, you should be comfortable working from the office.
