About the Role

The Executive Assistant-Associate would be required to work in a team environment in
delivering the secretarial needs of the global Claimzippy office senior management such
as diary management, calendar management, travel management, documentation, tool
support and other administrative requirements that may arise on need basis
Exceptional Organization and Discipline: Expertise in managing complex schedules
and critical documents, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Stellar Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication
capabilities, with a knack for facilitating effective stakeholder interactions.
Proactiveness and Punctuality: Ability to anticipate needs and address them
proactively, ensuring efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role with a strong emphasis on research

    and writing.


  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and a strong

    understanding of Gen AI tools.
